Q2: We booked a different hotel via another source. We’d like to know if we can still use the shuttle services ?
A2: You can still use shuttle services but please make sure that the hotel you choose is located around Taksim area or Sultanahmet District. As you might know, Istanbul is divided in 2 continents. The event will take place on the European Side and if you book a hotel on the Asian Side, it will extremely hard for you to come and go to the venue. If you need assistance on this, please contact

Q3: How do we get our badges if we are staying a different hotel we booked via another source.
A3: We will have a desk at the venue and upon arrival to the venue you have to go to the desk and ask for it.

Q1 : I do not want to have the registration package. But I would like to have an airport transfer, is it possible ?
A1 : Yes. It is possible. Please, inform us your flight schedule and check our visitors section to obtain the rates.
