Visitors do not have to register to the event. It is possible to buy all the services inluded in the registration package seperately.

From Sabiha Gokcen Airport to Hotel in European side with Car: 85 EUR per car - one way

From Ataturk Airport to Hotel in European side with Minibus: 55 EUR per minibus - one way
(Maximum capacity 10 person)
From Sabiha Gokcen Airport to Hotel in European side with Minibus: 100 EUR per minibus way
(Maximum capacity 10 person)
From Sabiha Gokcen or Ataturk Airort to Hotel in European side
with group shuttle bus (if any at your flight arrival time): 10 EUR per person- one way
ORGANIZATION VENUE TRANSFERS
From Taksim & Sultanahmet district to Organization venue (Halic Congress Center)
with group shuttle bus: 10 EUR per person – round trip
LUNCH BOX service in Organization venue (Halic Congress Center)
Lunch Box: 14 EUR per person – per day
(Including, 1 sandwich, 1 fruit, 1 fruit juice, sliced cake)
• All transfers will be realized without assistance or guidance.
• All above transfer rates will be applicable for return transfers also
• Guests will be welcomed with their surnames by the driver
• Drivers do not speak fluent English
• Organization venue transfers meeting point will be announced on web site
• Diabetic or vegetarian lunch box alternatives are available – please inform during lunch box request
CASH BAR
There will be a cash bar at the venue where you can buy drinks and snacks.
